We accept returns and exchanges:

Ship items back within: 30 days after the delivery
We offer 100% refund of unused and undamaged items. The international postage costs are not refundable. The custom order items are not refundable.
We do not offer exchanges.

The following items can't be returned:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Used, washed, dirty, damaged items
  • Items on sale
Order cancellation:
You can cancel your order during 12 hours after your order, we guarantee 100 % refund, otherwise we accept returns of unused, unwashed item within 7 days of receiving your item if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase. Please bear in mind that the textures and colors of the materials may vary due to computer resolutions etc. The international postage costs are not refundable. The custom order items are not refundable.
