If you cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase ,we guarantee 100 % refund, otherwise we accept returns of unused, unwashed item within 30 days of receiving your item if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase. Please bear in mind that the textures and colors of the materials may vary due to computer resolutions etc. The international postage costs are not refundable. The custom order items are not refundable.
